The Rudely Talking Alarm Clock

I would like to share this bizarre and personally frightening event that happened to me just last month. It was close to my daughter's bedtime and she was sitting on the side of my bed while I was folding clothes at the other end of the bed.
I told her it was time to change into her PJs and brush her teeth for bed. She started stalling and leaned over and started to play with my radio/alarm clock. I thought to myself, Don't talk to her and she will get the point, that I mean business -- get to bed!
She turned the alarm switch several times and the radio came on. I was getting pretty upset with her at this point as she sat and turned the radio dial back and fourth. I just kept looking down as I folded the laundry. I could see her in my peripheral vision, looking at me for a reaction as she continued to spin the radio dial up and down.
That's when I heard a male voice come from the radio. I heard my name and then some in audible words. I looked up kind of shocked. I knew I heard my name. When you hear your name for so many years and someone says it, you hear it.

I stopped folding laundry that instant, walked over to my daughter and ordered her to go get ready for bed. As she walked out, I sat on the edge of the bed and turned the dial up and down looking to hear that male voice, wondering what DJ was talking and about what. I couldn't find anything but music. I then reset the alarm clock and left the room.
The next afternoon while home alone, I went into my room to get something off my nightstand. I looked at the alarm/radio clock, and for some reason I had the urge to turn it on. I sat down on the edge of the bed and started turning the dial. It finally caught between two stations and I could hear just static.
I sat to listen. I wanted to know if I would hear the DJ's voice coming through the static. Then what happened next absolutely froze me in my tracks. I started to hear that man's voice. I sat and cocked my head to hear better. He sounded like he was talking to someone else.
All of a sudden, I heard faintly, "Wait...." The voices stopped. I sat there for a moment and then heard the man say, "What?" My heart started beating. I thought, This man isn't talking to me... right? Then I heard him talking very faintly again, like to someone else.
I turned the radio off and sat there for a moment. I started replaying what I heard in my head. I turned the radio back on and sat there for a moment. That's when I heard the man stop talking again and I heard as clear as day, "What is it?"
I was holding my breath, paused and then I blurted out, "Get out of my house!" and a moment later, which felt like a eternity, I heard the man say, "Bitch!" I instantly turned the radio off, and ran out of my room.
That night, I started telling my husband what I heard. He laughed and said, "Looks like you're now hearing voices talking to you?" And he then said, "You're not going loony, are ya?"
I just told him, "Hey, I know what I heard and that's final." I took that alarm/radio clock and threw it out. The thing was ancient anyhow and I replaced it with a new one that uses an alarm other than a radio. I can't even express to you the shock I felt when I heard that man call me a cuss word.
